The adventure began with years of research and in February 2016, the Merlin Burrows / Ingenio Films team embarked on what would become dozens of expeditions to document for the first time, structures that had never before been seen that match Plato’s descriptions of an Ancient Atlantic Culture. After an arduous eight year search the team, which includes academics, archaeologists, professional divers, specialists and leading technologies, finally located a submerged ruins which match the circular island capital city which Plato described in so much detail in the Timeus and Critias. This past October, the series was presented at the Cadiz South International Series Festival, where it received a ten minute standing ovation.
